Any personal information collected through these web pages (newsletter sign up or merchandise order forms) will be used for Atomic Fly Studios receipt, quality control, administration, and promotional purposes only.

We do not sell, lend or otherwise give our mailing list to any other person, group, organization, or company except as may be required by law.

These web pages do not automatically collect information about you, your computer, your browser or your buying habits.

The Web Server on which these pages are hosted may collect such information as part of its system administration functions, however, should such information be collected by the Server, it is out of the control of Atomic Fly Studios and is neither provided to, utilized, nor sanctioned by Atomic Fly Studios.

Return Policy

AFS warranties all products to be of quality materials and workmanship as stated by each product line explanation. AFS will exchange any defective product with another or with an item of equal value as set by normal pricing procedures, excluding close outs and special sales items.

AFS does not normally refund for defective items, however, our goal is customer satisfaction and sales of quality products. To that end we reserve the right to make exceptions, as well as the right to deny services and sales as deemed appropriate by management.

Additional Policies

1. Payment verification is required prior to shipment of purchased artwork. 
2. Finished products are shipped via most convenient and/or lowest price ground service shipper unless otherwise specified. 
3. We accept personal checks, money orders and credit cards processed through PayPal. As per #1 all money orders and personal checks must clear the banking process first, please allow an additional 10 days for complete verification and processing.
4. $40 will be charged for returned checks. Additionally, fraudulent money orders will be forwarded to the appropriate authorities. 
5. Six percent PA Sales Tax added to all Pennsylvania sales and services. 
6. Ten percent deposit required to begin all custom design work. Kill fees apply to all contracts cancelled after work begins on a project (see Design Services process for details.) 
7. Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We will work with you to make it right. 
8. All policies are subject to change, however we will attempt to post any changes here with reasonable notice, as deemed appropriate by management.

Purchases

Existing artwork from any AFS gallery may be purchased by calling 717.877.3297 or by emailing Mitch through the contact page. Please include a phone number where you can be reached for confirmation. 

Purchases will be shipped via FedEx 2-day service unless otherwise specified. Costs for shipping and handling vary with piece size, weight and destination. All shipping costs will be determined before purchase is finalized. Artwork will be shipped once payment is processed. 

All Atomic Fly Studios images are copyrighted. Ownership of the image and all publishing rights remain with the artist. Limited publishing rights are available for purchase. 

Design Services Process

After initial inquiry, AFS designers will provide a written estimate that includes work to be delivered, anticipated timelines for concept approval and a cost proposal. This proposal contract must be signed and returned to AFS with a check for 10% of the estimated cost in order for work to begin. If the project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, the 10% fee is retained by AFS as a “kill fee.”
